Contact us if you are interested in a particular property to check availability.  If the house is still available, you may begin the application process by submitting a background check authorization form which will need to signed and returned along with non-refundable application fee. 

After contacting Hokeness Properties to confirm property availability; download, complete and send application along with non-refundable application fee of $40 per tenant to address shown in "Contact Us".
